Team Leader path · 4 simple steps

Minimal effort. Maximum ministry impact.

Set up your team once. After that, GroupView 360 reminds you after each meeting, and a few taps capture who was there and what God did.

Set up once

Three steps, and your team runs on rhythm.

Do these when you start, then revisit only when something changes.

1

Ensure profile settings

  • Sign in to GV360
  • Open Profile in the main menu
  • Set your notification preferences
  • Review your profile and update as needed
Makes possible: reminders reach you the way you prefer, so nothing depends on your memory.
2

Verify team & meeting info

  • Review your team information and modify as needed
  • Verify meeting day, time, location, and schedule
  • Ensure reminder messages are set
  • Optional: add an agenda or FAQs
Makes possible: men always know when and where to show up, and get reminded without you sending a thing.
3

Assist members

  • Ensure TAF and/or YP members are set up with billing, as applicable
  • Assist members as needed
Makes possible: members manage their own billing, so you stay their shepherd, not their collector.

Step 4 · Every meeting

Team & Mission Engagement.

The only recurring step, and GroupView 360 prompts you for it. Who was there, who was new, and what God did.

aReceive the reminder text or email

Nothing to remember. The platform comes to you.

bMark attendance

A man who missed gets noticed, and a call. Every man present counts as engaged.

cAdd a guest

A first visit becomes a second. Every guest is welcomed and followed up.

d. When God moves

Record mission engagement

  • Reach

    Gospel conversations

Celebrated, prayed over, and counted toward our Faith Projections.

  • Reach

    Commitments & recommitments

No new believer is left without someone to walk with him.

  • Empower

    Discipleship

New Pauls and Timothys are seen, so growth doesn't stall.

  • Deploy

    Living on mission

Stories of men living their faith at work inspire the whole team.

eSet the meeting status and add notes

Your Area Director knows which teams are thriving, and what happened is written down.

What you no longer do

Time back for the men.

The admin that used to fall on you is handled by the platform, or by members themselves.

  • Chasing dues: members set up their own billing
  • Sending meeting reminders yourself
  • Remembering to report attendance: you get prompted
